Meet Sarah, our newest team member!

Hi there!

We are BEYOND thrilled to introduce you all to Jade's newest instructor, Sarah Ellis! Sarah happens to be Kathryn's sister and one of her very best friends.

Sarah has been doing Pilates for over ten years and started her comprehensive Pilates training in 2021 while living in Northern California.

You can catch Sarah's classes in the evenings and on Saturday mornings. Her classes are so much fun and just the right amount of challenging!!
