What is Pilates and is it right for me?
Pilates is an amazing form of exercise that focuses on building strength, mobility, better balance and coordination using specially designed equipment. Pilates is great for EVERYONE!
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move your body in all different ways. Plan to be barefoot or wear grippy socks if you prefer.
What if I don't currently exercise or have never done Pilates before?
No problem at all! We will introduce you to Pilates and get your body moving at a pace that suits you and slowly increase the intensity along the way.
Can I schedule my sessions online?
